According to extensive research by consulting company McKinsey & Co, there are 10 BIG shifts underway in the workplace. Working with global execs and companies through my teaching and consulting totally connects with, and endorses this McKinsey research. 

At the risk of a “hammer looking for a nail”, the IcE10 Culture Framework we’ve developed to guide the advancement of highly adaptive and resilient cultures, along with the Belongify system for increased connectivity and efficiency at the team level, helps organizations and leaders navigate these shifts. 

The following is a quick summary as to how: 

Shift 1: Increasing speed, strengthening resilience.
