J's Work Story and You

We're still struck by how many people find their work experience bookended by poor treatment: A rough start, a tougher exit, and something less than it could have been in between.

We all have a first day and a last day. But the real story lives in the space between them.

I wrote J's Story as an ideal. It’s a reference point for what a better experience actually looks like, for all of us as part of the workforce. So here's the question worth sitting with: How does your story compare? Could you write a better real-life version than J's? If not, why?
