Hello friends and followers,

For more than a decade, we’ve been publishing these weekly blogs (and occasional podcasts) that address issues about organizational culture, leadership, and more recently, belonging. We’ll continue doing that for free, as long as people tell us we provide a valuable perspective.

At the same time, many of you have contacted me via email, in person, or on socials with unique questions or concerns about the workplace.

So, as part of Belongify, we’ve started utilizing the Patreon platform. Maybe you’ve heard of it, maybe you haven’t, but it’s a place where I can intentionally reply to AMA (Ask Me Anything) formatted questions, including but not limited to all those tricky, relatable, frustrating situations that happen at work.

So, this offering does involve a modest fee of $5/month, however it’s a way I can focus on addressing those who really want to invest in having their questions answered directly from me, and I’ll do so via video once a month. (Oh, all questions will remain anonymous unless you request a shout out).

Ultimately, we just wanted to let all of you know that our Patreon offering exists, and is available if you’re interested! While the weekly blogs and podcasts will remain consistent and free, it would be fun to engage with you and answer your questions on Patreon.
