One Millennial View: If we’re working somewhere and we don’t feel a sense of belonging within our team, then why is that something we tolerate? Our occupational hazards shouldn’t involve the idea that work just “sucks.” It doesn’t have to, and we’re figuring out real solutions to that issue.
